We had a great time staying here, it had everything we needed.

the location was great, only 5 minutes on foot from sopot train station. very friendly personnel. we visited lysa gora that was near to the hotel. there was free wi-fi.

The rooms are spacious and come equipped with coffee/tea facilities and a balcony, the location is fantastic, and the food options are excellent.

This hotel is near sopoto station and the hotel charge is inexpensive.

I couldn't warm drinking water in the room in a hotel.

Very good value for money as the hotel was relatively cheap compared to other hotels in Sopot, and still very close to the railway station and the main entertainment area. Excellent reception staff.

Had to change rooms once due to road-noise, however this was quickly handled by the reception desk.

Cleaning og room during stay not proper. Only clean towels. Not properly clean at arrival. Still: not bad value for what we payed, but some more cleaning would have raised the experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sopot and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal - just a short walk from both the train stations and the famous street of SOPOT. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and ensure that my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were modern and well-designed. Despite not having air conditioning, the hotel provided a small fan which helped keep the room comfortable. I had a great time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory and there were no significant issues to report.

Location, good for budget

Good modern and stylish accommodation with marvellous setting next to the Monte Casino boulevard towards the beach, the center and railway station. Having a laptop safe, central heating and an iron in our brand-new and new-fashioned room...

The breakfast was satisfactory, check-in was fast, and the quiet, cosy rooms with balcony and view made you feel at home.

Breakfast and its service were poor. Sometimes no buffet.

The Hotel Europa was suberbly situated for the railway station for trains to Gdansk, Hel and beyond. The room I was in was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly. It was relatively good value for money.

I was disappointed in the breakfasts which were little more than a couple of slices of cheese and of ham, a few slices of bread and a small roll, and small portions of jam and honey. And there was no bar open in the evenings.
